fast, fast, fast How I used this book as my first step to self-improvement... A while back, my house was an utter mess. And I hated living in the chaos. I was irritable and cranky and I couldn't think. I felt like I had to speak louder amongst the mess just to hear my own mind think. And then I heard Marie Kondo on TEDtalk. I was instantly intrigued and spurred to act, as countless other people have followed her and used her steps to improve their environment and thus their happiness. Whether you are seeking cleanliness, organization, peace, calm, you immediately understand that the steps to this book will put you on the path to a more rewarding life. I was seeking all! My brother always called me The Tasmanian Devil because I moved so fast. The problem with moving so fast is that you can get disorganized so quickly and become frustrated when garbage is mixed with laundry, papers are flying all over the place, you can't find anything, and glassware literally drops out of your hands. All through life, like other frustrated and disorganized 'artsy' people got their lives back on track once they followed Marie Kondo's steps in this book. These steps are meant solely for them. Steps using the unique ideas of Marie Kondo at the place you spend the most time-your home! As soon as I heard Kondo's TEDtalk, I read her book, took a deep, deep breath, and STARTED the 'party'. Yes, it's called a party. Seeking joy. Seeking happiness. Imagine having the perfect person bringing you her steps and advising you on one of the top things you want to change. The problem is coming up with Marie, Kondo is so popular her calendar is booked and people buy the services to do her steps at a hugely high rate. I started with step one through the my initial inertia knowing that you face a huge job when you decide to embark on going through every object in the household. A daunting task! I was determined to succeed after a lifetime of chaos around me. I asked myself, "How much is a clean, organized, calm, spacious home worth to you?" Huh. "What if you could do these steps as a prospective customer willing and eager to do them with you." Poof! That was it. As prospective customer I became a coach. And instantly I took Kondo's compelling expertise and coupled it with some of mine-spirited energy, motivating confidence, engaging follow-through, dynamic results. I got it done. I came up with the optimism and energy that any person needs no matter if you're 'artsy' or not - to get all of the 5 peaceful-making calm-generating steps for your home to make it comfortable and inviting. I am so amazed at how much my life has improved that if you are interested in a clean and organized space, whether you are pressed for time and you can't come up with the energy, or you are not organized but you want a calm environment, you will find I get these 5 steps done. I am also a paint colorist and artist so included in my offer to encourage you to live happily in an organized space is my visual expertise. When it the best time for me to do this for you? Now, during the summer after which i will be resuming my piano teaching. So just contact me on this message board or through my website at amyvanderlinde.com Imagine how much happier you are going to be with these 5 steps done. There is a reason Kondo's concepts work and I hope to share that with you. This is the first step I took to improve my life. Get ready to improve yours. Ready, Set... PS: I did it all in 5 DAYS!!
Before Newegg, Chang owned ABS Computers, a mail order company selling high end PCs and Gaming systems based in Whittier, California. Building on this experience, he founded Newegg in 2001. It has grown into a multibillion-dollar company, becoming the second largest online-only retailer in the United States.
In August 2008, it was announced that Chang would step down as the CEO and chairman of Newegg while still being a member of Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He also retained his position as the President of Newegg's China operations. He was succeeded by Tally Liu. In 2010, upon the departure of Liu, Chang took up his old role as CEO of the company.
